About Us

We are a husband and wife team who, before we were married, worked together for 10 years to help take an international payments company public and fuel its 15% YoY growth. The company grew from 300 employees in the U.S. to a global financial services organization with over 5,000 employees and a market cap of over $7B.

Alicia (a-lish-a) grew up in marketing, strategy, and partner management. She helped launch a product line for PacPride in Oregon that grew to a multi-million dollar revenue-producing product leveraging a closed-loop payment network. She went on to help a regional bank in Maine, which was seeing their deposit accounts evaporate due to an aging customer base, become “the” business bank in the State of Maine. The effort involved a complete rebuild of the product offerings, scrapping their entire website, and then launching one of the most memorable and impactful ad campaigns the banking industry has seen.

Bill is a self-created sales leader. As a high-performing individual contributor early in his career, he was elevated to sales leadership positions where the training was truly “on the job.” A “stats geek” at heart, he learned how to use the numbers most leaders leverage as KPIs to create coaching, training, and performance management modules tailored to a rep’s personal areas where improvement was needed.

After walking a $1.6B acquisition through a second request with the Federal Trade Commission, Bill ran the IMO (integration management office) to fold the acquisition into the existing business, exceeding the synergy targets of the deal model in half the time the business expected.

Both Alicia and Bill have spent time at publicly traded companies, mid-size organizations, and series B-funded, and seed-funded start-ups.

Forty combined years of experience with a competitive fire that will drive results for your GTM organization.
